A foreigner national applying for Cambodian required 6 conditions:
A certificate of good behavior mornal conduct issued by the chief of commune
A criminal record clearance certificate indicating no prior criminal conviction.
A residency certificate indicating an uninterrupted residency of 7 years in Cambodia from the date of the residency card issued. If you mention money, you best to mention investment too, but that’s is one major way to retire nicely in Cambodia. Lands are selling like hot cakes. Just have to find trust worthy people to deal with. A nice gorgeous villa goes for $30k. Buy one and rent it out or flip it.
A current residence in Cambodia at the time of application.
Ability to speak Khmer, know Khmer scripts and has some knowledge of Khmer history and clear evidence that she/he can live in harmony.
Good mentality and physical aptitude, which will cause neither danger nor burden to the nation.
